As an Executive Vice President and Director of Bailard’s Sustainable, Responsible, and Impact Investing (SRII) group, Blaine manages several strategies, including the Smart SRI US All Cap and ADR portfolios, the Broad Impact Strategy, and the Small Cap Value Strategy. In addition to his portfolio work, Blaine is an active member of Bailard’s fundamental and SRII investment committees, oversees corporate engagement efforts, conducts social research, and maintains long-standing client relationships.
